Amador Four Fires is a one-of-a-kind food and wine immersion experience blending open-flame cooking by renown local chefs, meet-the-winemaker sessions (including our own Rusty Folena!), cooking demonstrations, sensory stations, and tastings of Amador’s award-winning wine inspired by the regions of Southern France, Italy, Spain/Portugal, and Heritage California.
