2012 Hillside Sangiovese

The 2012 vintage is soft, mellow, and earthy. With notes of tobacco smoke and long tanninns, it is reminiscent of a Tempranillo and would pair well with cigars, ribs, brisket, and cowboy baked beans. We suggest decanting this wine for 30-60 minutes before serving.
